Guendou (ou Gendou) est une localité du Cameroun située dans le département du Mayo-Louti et la Région du Nord, à proximité de la frontière avec le Nigeria. Elle fait partie de l'arrondissement de Mayo-Oulo et du lamidat de Doumo.
